White poops

Please ignore its on a box, I wasn't able to get her to anything else in time and I'd rather it be on a box than my bed.

Why does it seem white.? What does the off coloring mean.? She eats dubias, kale, collard/mustard/turnip greens, bok choy, cilantro leaves and yellow pepper and silkworms and hornworms.
