Does it show ones that have appointments available? Or just vets that have to confirm? I ask cuz so far I’ve even called all the way to San Diego which is 2 hours away at a friends request and it’s a 4 month wait also so far I’ve called all with in a 40 mile radius and soonest is 2 weeks so far the one thing I did do with all of them is put in if there is any cancellations they will get me in so hopefully someone won’t show up

The website is going to give you reptile vets- you are going to need to call and get an appointment like you have done- try and get one as closest to you as possible- 2 weeks isn't that bad- in the meantime get his surface basking temps to where they need to be and your uvb properly placed and distanced - those things are going to be the best thing for him at this point- see if you can drop a fecal off at the one you get an appointment with - that will be a good start

Keep him warm over night - do you have a ceramic heat emitter? Or place a heating pad in the tank w/ a dish towel over it on low- to keep the ambient temps up close to 80 that will keep his immune system up- the good uvb will help him w/ the RI along w/ the surface basking temps-- you are using a good uvb correct?

Yes I have che the night temps are around 78 to 81 and my uvb is 10.0 reptisun and 100w powersun mvb. The basking temp is between 101 to 107

The UVB is a coil or a long tube fixture and where in the tank is it? Do you have the Powersun on the screen or hanging over the basking area?

Long tube and also not a screen top it only has sliding glass doors. I have an update this morning so far there has been no wheezing so far and he ate a lot of his greens and some bugs so it’s a good sign so far he still has some deep breathing goin on but atleast no hacking or black beard yet fingers crossed

Please tell me the uvb is a T 5 or T 8? Is it in the tank?

Ok good it is in the tank ? Distance should be 12-15 inches directly over his basking decor - this is going to help alot w/ the RI

Yes it is inside around that distance away along with the mvb. The tube measure 3.8 on solar meter and 5.6 on mvb

He does seems to be improving his appetite is ravenous. He’s destroying anything out in the tank right now which is awesome hopefully in the next day or say he will improve more. I’ll keep u updated. Thx

It’s very good. What’s your opinion on solar reading for bearded dragon like what’s the minimum to maximum it should be I keep seeing different opinions and all are different?
