Is this just brumation

Hi i was wondering if this is just a brumation thing but my breadie wont eat but she does drink water when i give it to her its been almost 2 months sense she start n in the beginning she work eat but she was really alert n it would but very small like 2 or 3 not all 6 or 10 i change her uvb light n she started to move out of her hid n basket more but the eating hasn't come back yet i feel like i fatten her up all December n this is normal n shell be fine come spring but i just wanna be sure

it is a bit late for brumation actually all the babies are waking up rn but has she been scratching? if not she may be sick

Yea not alot but every now an then shell scratch her carpet but this started n late December n her tank stay between 109 on oneside n 88 to 90 on the otherside but shes been slow i been think about takin to the vet also
