Small superworms?

I got a small bucket of small supers from a friend and was wondering if they would be safe to feed my dragon. He's a couple months old and about 10" long. He actively eats crickets and greens, I let him have one earlier and he loved it and started looking for more in the viv. Most of them are no longer than my thumbnail and very small in diameter.

The really small ones shouldn't be much problem but I wouldn't offer more than a couple few at a time as a supplement to a main diet of crickets. You can keep the supers in a plastic bin with an inch or two of bran/oat substrate with some fresh veg on top (carrot pieces work well). They'll live happily in a bin like that for quite a long time.
