Berdie has been lethargic for 2 months. I took her to the vet no eggs or impact on or perisites.she only eats her wormsand won't eat her salad when she used to pick at it occasionally.now she sleeps all day or stays in one spot I have to mover her to her hotspot in the morning. She is 14 months. Is she she lasy or just brumating ?

It looks like she's a good size. Has she lost weight over the last couple of months? If you take her out of her tank and interact with her does she perk up?

Does she perk up if you bring her out into the natural sunlight? It is possible she is trying to brumate but sometimes being in sunlight perks them up temporarily. Is she showing a black beard? I just want to make sure the lethargy is sleep related rather than illness related. Sunken eyes, depleted fat pads, weight loss, and dark black beard for an extended period of time usually indicate illness.

OK that's a good sign. My guy is trying to brumate and while we were gone for the weekend he just burrowed in his fleece blankets and didn't move for two days straight. When he was in full brumation last year he would sleep for a week at a time easily. The levels they brumate varies.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
