And BTW, mealworms should not be fed to dragons "especially babies and, juvies. Their exoskeletons are hard and can cause impaction and that leads to paralysis and death. Sorry to have to drop this on you too but, I noticed it and had to say it.
Haven't noticed them drinking water so I hand dropped them water and they loved it. The little one would and look up and try to get the water. So they bigger one has always been a dark color since we got it and after the water he actually turned to a light color. Does the dark / little coloring mean anything ?
Well a little update on the dragons. Unfortunately lizzy the small female passed away last Friday ! She just barely ate. She rarely pooped and didn’t shed for the last like 3 months of her life. Not sure what was going on with her. I would hold her and she would seem perfectly fine. Very calm. Drank lots of water. She would only eat outside her tank. It’s sad but she’s in a good place.
As for Thor. He’s doing great getting huge. Eating like a pig. About to upgrade his tank. I think I’m gonna try the Arcadia uvb light that we can now get!!
