Hypo zero bd black solid eyes but not trans

I have 2 sellers that has hypo zero bd for sale. It both has solid black eyes but neither does it have trans skin/blue underbelly. Both seller said it isnt trans morph but both had solid black eyes. Why is that? Thank you for the response in advance!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
