Tank Enrichment

I’m a newbie beardie owner with 2 dragons (1 mo and 3 mo old) and their tanks are pretty spartan. What are some safe and easy additions I could make? Preferably nothing too expensive!
Side thing, what are some lizard-safe glues to use? Or should I just stay away from using glue overall and stick to grout? Any feedback is appreciated!!

What do you have in tank ? They need basking rocks or platforms or plastic type logs or you can use logs or wood from outside but that would need to be cleaned a sterilized real good - I use stuff from Petsmart but it is kinda spendy I guess --- but its easy to clean - you can shop on line for stuff from there and see if you like it --- they do have nice decor ---- they need hides and think big --- as far as glue and what to use others on here would haft to give advice on that
