Where do I find a new home for my beardie?

Hello all,

I've had my bearded dragon for 6 years now but recently I have been a horrible owner. I've been very inconsistent with feeding her/feeding her the right things and as a result she is now malnourished and won't eat. As I'm moving for college in less than three weeks and my parents aren't too willing to take care of her, I've realized that I need to find a new home for my beardie. Is there any place in/around the Los Angeles area that I can donate her to? A place that I know she will get the care she needs? I feel terrible about how I've treated her the last few months and it's the best decision to find her a home that can help her get back to full health.

*edit: I have a basking light fixture, UV light fixture, a large branch decoration, and 36"x18"x18" tank that I can include with her. You can try finding a reptile store that is like a private one- not a box store -- sometimes they will take in beardies- there is one in St Cloud, MN called Fins and Friends that will take in beardies that people dont want anymore and try and resell them- and they are knowledgeable about taking care of them - I dont know where you live or what is available to you but that is a suggestion
