Boy or girl??

Hey there!

So, Slim is still small, and according to the guy I bought him from, too young to sex. But I see some pretty young beardies getting gender confirmations here, so I figured it's worth a go!

I'm like, 90% certain he's a boy... I see two lumps, but I'm new to this...

What do you think?

Yes I think it is a boy

but too early to be certain you can never truly tell unless your beardie does lay eggs or doesnt

I think girl. I dont see the apparent two bumps in the tail thing. But it may still be too early to tell.

Can't tell with the pictures you posted... One is too far away from the vent, and the first one doesn't show anything.

How old is your dragon?

Is this a better picture? He's still young but he's over 8 inches, which the site says you should be able to sex. He's still pretty young though.

I think I see two small raised bumps right above the line separating his tail from his body.

Congrats, I believe you have a boy. You could try sexing him again when he's a little older too, just to be sure.

the best way to hold the dragon to check its sex is by holding them in your palm and lift the tail 90 degree angle and hold the hips.
