Zilla's Thread!

So i see that a lot of people have threads for their little guys and gals, so i figured, what the heck! This is my 4(almost 5) month old sandfire bearded dragon, he's 12 almost 13 inches long and here are some pics of his current viv. (I'm in the process of fixing up and old display case for him! )

Zilla,only inches away from the screen top,soaking up the rays and heat.

ITs his new favorite thing to do!ill take him out and put him on my bed and he runs around and digs into any blanket thats around! HIS NEW CAGE WILL BE DONE BY THIS WEEKEND ,new viv,new light,a blanket omg so excited!the reptisun arrives tmrwwwwwww

Awwww, he's such a cutie and really wanted out, looks like to me. I've found our bunch find their reflections, sometimes, and react. Don't you feel sorry for him when he's shedding? I always want to help, so I just give them extra baths. Zilla is looking good! And really big for 6 mo old. I enjoyed the videos, they were really nice, you can see Zilla really clearly. His colours sure are bright!

Thanks!I love that he's not camera shy at all lol, and yeah when he sheds i generally bathe him everyday,miss a few here and there,but i just want it to be over ASAP for him cause i know its uncomfortable , its also interesting the way zilla can change his colours,ill try to post comparison pics later,but contrasted to those ones (mostly in the morning) he goes a dark brown/black/dark green/ with a hint of orange lol

He is a very pretty dragon. I hate it when they shed especially as babies! They run around franticly trying to get it off rubbing their body all over. Athena, the baby of the bunch, had no signs of shed din yesterday just some darker skin. I cleaned her viv and vacuumed it all out and today I wake up to skin all over her viv and she looked like she had a mane. Poor thing right now her back is peeling and looks funny. She went to bed early. Poor thing tit red herself out.

Anyway can't wait to see pics of the new viv all decorated for little zilla! He is going to be soooooooooo happy I know pip and zip were so happy to move to their new larger spaces. yay!

He is definatly a sandfire x normal cross, and ruk i know hes gunna love it,i reallllllllllllllly need to paint it,and make a lid for it,which i might do today because i got my reptisun ( ) and its primered up.

I haven't done a full update in a while,mostly just new pics,so heres a complete update on zilla!

(God)Zilla, is currently 14 inches, an unknown weight, and growing by the day! He's getting a little big for his current 33 gallon tank so im upgrading him to a 110 gallon old display case which im sure he'll love!he poops every day,or every other day, most of the time he waits till i bathe him but if i don't bathe him he'll glass dance for about 15 minutes,then poop,wait for me to clean it and dance some more! he was probably the best $300 i've ever spent heres some pictures!(My new avatar is a pic of him mid yawn!Can't believe i got it lol)
