Tofu?

Ok guys. I wanna try something. We all go for the turkey baby food when our dragons won't eat (for what ever reason) We all add calcium to balance the phosphorus. But what about Tofu?

Ok, I couldn't find Turkey so I went with chicken:

(high levels of phosphorus can block calcium conversion.)

This info was taken from Beautiful Dragons. I can't see any reason for Tofu being a threat to any BD and I'd like to try it with Myah. (not saying she'll eat it) Opinions?

soy does have a high amount of phytoestrogens. I don't know how this could effect a bearded dragon but it is something to take into account.

Yeah for people soy is supposed to be eaten in moderation because of the estrogen business, not sure how that will transfer into beardie diets but I am interested to find out. I would assume it would be safe for an occasional thing... probably not a staple. But I'm not sure.

I have 4 beardies i feed them throughout the day i never make them full cuz im worried if i do i could hurt them is bad to never fully fill up ur beardies

So, I've been researching soy for Myah to add more variety to her diet and provide an additional source of protein and...guess what!

My opinion is that this is a safe food for a non-breeding female
