You can feed them as babies, general rule of thumb I use is to only feed roaches as big as the space between their eyes.

We use tongs to get them out. The Dubai roaches can only live out in the open where temps are very hot. Like Texas, California, AZ, Florida, etc.

Welcome to the forum!!!! Beautiful dragon. The breeder you got him from an very good. We have wooden logs that our Beardies climb up onto to get closer to the heat. You should look into getting one. We baked our log in oven first to kill any bacteria.

I have been wanting to change my beardie's substrate from carpet. I was thinking of using slate type tile. Or would sand be better? I would appreciate the help on which is most ideal for dragons.
