Is our Dragon a Rankin? He apparently was 5 month old in this photo

And we have had him for about a month and is now this size

This is his face shape

He looks like a young standard/central bearded dragon to me. He is likely to have quite a few growth spurts ahead. They can keep growing until they are 18-24 months old and their growth rates vary between them.
