My male beardie is looking a bit grey today. He has what I think are stress marks on his belly and his color is just not bright and healthy looking. He is still really active and bobbing his head but I can't figure out why he has stress marks and poor coloring. Any ideas?

How long have you had him?
What is the lighting and temps for the enclosure?
What type of Substrate do you have?
What UVB do you use?

Sahara used to get gray as well but she returned to her normal color as the day went on, its kinda just her morning thing i suppose lol

The temp is about 75 in the cool corner and I'm not sure what it is on the hot side on top or their tree. I'd guess about 105-110 in the hottest area they can reach. I've had him for about 2 years and I use a kind of clay/sand substrate. I guess my wife cleaned out their enclosure yesterday and that would explain the stress marks but he just looked greyer than normal. He's usually really bright. I'm not sure what kind of UVB i'm using, I'm at work currently and I can't check.

Hi there,
You really do need to know the precise temperatures in your viv. Especially under the basking bulb, as it can cause health issues for your beardie if the temperatures are a little off.
You need to measure the temps with a digital thermometre with a probe. You can get one at Wallmart for $12.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
