Where to find new UVB tube brackets

Recently I moved my tube UVB (mounted on the inside of the enclosure) from the back to the front, but managed to crack one of the plastic brackets which attached it to the ceiling in the process. Our UVB is an Arcadia T5 14% bulb - does anyone know where we might find new plastic brackets? We have used some slightly bigger ones left over from a T8 from another enclosure for now but this is a temporary measure.

You can get some of this stuff if your talking about for the fixture to hang in the tank
this stuff is like a Velcro strap cut into strips and wrap around the fixture
