Weird spots on belly and vent?

Not sure what’s going on just gave him a shallow lukewarm bath. He hasn’t been super interested in eating and recently has pooped. It looks like an infection but also have been reading up on possible burn? How should I approach this?

Tank is at about 40 humidity with a 90 Fahrenheit warm side and an 80 Fahrenheit cooler side, trying to get it slightly cooler.

Hello,

The area on his tummy is very suspicious looking like a burn, to me. Are you using a heat
rock or other heating element in his tank?
Or can he get his tummy close to the basking light?
You can try getting some raw, unpasteurized honey to put on his tummy at night, to help with
healing.
I don't think it is fungal but do keep an eye on it for any changes.
How is his appetite doing?
