Very sick

DJ is approximately 1year and 5 months old. During july her apatite has been dropping and hasn't eaten in about a week except layed 1 or 2 wax/calcium worms. She has not used the bathroom at all in about 4 weeks and her tank is keep at a basking spot of 90°-95°f with a cool spot of 75°-80°f with a mid humidity of 25%-30%.Also she is not very mobile and moves by pushing herself with her back legs or stumbles while using all 4,im afraid she may have broken her front arms somehow. Due to family issues and financial issues I cannot afford a vet for her dose anyone have any suggestions on what to do, I don't want my baby to be in pain.

What is the UVB your using? Brand and bulb? Coil or tube and where in the tank is it? Basking temps should be 95-110 how are you taking them? NO stick ons they are inaccurate
