In the photo it's slid under the corner of the enclosure which is plenty to keep it up. Other times I will set it under a chair leg or something like that. If the arm isn't extended outward, then not much is needed to keep it balanced. As you extend the arm up and out, more weight is needed on the plate. Keep in mind you can spin it around so the plate is facing away from the light. Sometimes this helps with a better fit depending on what you have available for a weight. [/QUOTE]
