Hey guys,

I have just noticed that Isolde seems to be walking on the equivalent of her wrists with her hand bent forward, I have noticed her nails are extremely long and was wondering if she may be doing this in order to avoid walking on the nails? its not mdb cus her toes are very strong cus she is a ferocious climber.

if so is there a way I could trim her nails or file them and could someone talk me through it, there is a rock in the tank and a log of wood but they dont seem to be trimming them at all.

Also one other point about the nails is, they seem to be more curved then any of my other BD's nails.

Yep, you can trim them. Either with a dog/cat trimmer or with a human one. If you happen to cut a little too far, it will bleed- just go ahead and dip the toe in some cornstarch to stop the bleeding and keep a close eye for infection.

The alternative is- switch her to tile. I never have to cut my beardies' nails cause the tile wears 'em down.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
