So I got some Phoenix worms and I was wondering if I feed some (10) worms and then also crickets is it ok if the crickets are dusted with calcium or it that too much?
Since the phoenix worms are calcium loaded but you will only be giving 10, that will be fine to go ahead & dust your crickets for him also. Is he still growing right now?
He will need calcium 4-5 days per week or one dusting per day, approximately. As long as he gets a good pinch several times per week of calcium powder either on greens/veggies or bugs, then has phoenix worms too he should be fine.
Yes he is still growing he is only 5 1/2 months old. Yes I dust one feeding of crickets every day. And vitamins 2xs a week. Thank you for the reply. Amie

Sounds about right .... I tend to give a mix of Ca and vitamins (1:1 mix) 3 days a week , with just Ca on the crickets most other days.
The leftover Ca+Vits mix in the dusting tub go onto the bedding for the superworms (and mealworms when I'm feeding little wild skinks too , in the warmer months), they eat it and it gives them a Ca + vits boost that the lizards benefit from, they also get leftover stale (even furry) adult beardie pellets left over from the crickets .... little goes to waste here, the worms love the stuff.
