Sexing my 12 month beardie

I'm back again from trying to sex my beardie when they were only three months. Im able to see a bulge in the middle but its kinda pointed? My beardie has been scratching in cage a lot here recently and it isn't because of the cage setup or anything and when I take him out hes fine. I'm worried if he is a she it might be because of eggs or brumation which my beardie has not done yet. My beardie is actually really active and when he sees me it claws at the cage door and when I open it hops in my arms. But I really would like some help so I know what his gender is!

Looks like a male to me. I see two pretty clear bulges on the tail just beyond the vent.
