You may remember a few months ago I was asking about how to take care of a water snake that I had rescued from a glue trap.
Well, he's healthy and growing and I'm sure he's well enough to live on his own. But it's winter here, so I was wondering if I should keep him until the weather warms up in the spring. This week, temps are rather nice with low in the 40's and highs in the 60's, but that's atypical of this time of year and next week it could drop to the 20's or even teens for lows.
Thanks!
PS: And do you think if I released him (whether it be now or later) and threw a baby corn in the tank, would my hubby know the difference? (He's scared of snakes and gives the snake cage a wide berth...)
LOL
