A pretty basic worried new bearded dragon owbner question-- when should I get concerned if my brand new dragon hasn't pooped yet? I'm worrying about nearly everything... is she eating enough, did I feed her something wrong, etc. But when should i be concerned if my new BD hasnt gone to the bathroom yet? I've had her for just a day now, got her 2 nights ago...
If you've had her for two days she is probably just getting used to the new surroundings. Good husbandry helps keep them regular, so good uv, proper heat gradients, no loose substrate etc.
If you want to post your setup we could give you advice/validation on your enclosure. It's quite possible it's just relocation stress or it just hasn't digested yet.

thanks for the reassurance, I know she must be as stressed getting used to the new space as I am about being a new owner .
I'm pretty confident about the enclosure, I have her in a 40B, there's a basking light and UVB, last night right before I was about to turn the lights off she found her way to the cooler end, I guess her way of telling me she was ready for bed or thirsty (she lapped up some water I sprayed, she has a water dish that had dried up and got refilled.) but her new enclosure is definitely different from where she was, I got her from petco, she was housed with another dragon, it was much smaller, her basking spot went up to 85 and per the advice here I have it hotter than that, etc...)
She is already eating greens from my hand and that makes me a lot more confident (and then of course afraid I am spoiling her... whoops) but her interest in bugs has been fluctuating... like I said, I guess there is one stressed dragon and one stressed new owner sharing the room here. I appreciate the reassurance so much, thank you!!
Help I am a new owner of a adult bearded dragon. I have had Fuego for one week to the minute. She/he has only pooped 3x. The first one was formed and the other 2 were runny. Not sure if I have fed her too many crickets, if it's just her getting used to her new place or something else. Also she tends to like ii on the cooler side. Any help would be appreciated.
Same advice at this point. Give Fuego a couple of weeks to get settled in. They can have runny poops from stress or even just an upset stomach from diet change.
