*Insert typical extreme fangirl response here*
Oh, Eyes, I sadly did not recognize you at that resolution... Spiral is one of my favorite manga ever, the end totally made me cry.

For the last two days, I'd been sadly overly amused at how supers shed their skin and how fast they do it, and pointlessly been staring at the container for long periods of time watching for new shedders.

Pointlessly, my boy has hidden under the couch where I can't get to him! And sadly, even though I know this, I will try to get him, making an ***** of myself in the process (thank god I'm home alone!)

Has anyone pointlessly ever made butternut squash soup? The farmers markets are laden with gorgeous bn squashes, so I picked some up... one recipe calls for nutmeg, sprinkled with thinly sliced apples on top ... a different recipe calls for adding 8 oz. of cream cheese... not sure which to try, hoping someone else has tried some?!?
We sadly now have to go wash apples and apples and apples... its that time for the HoneyCrisp at the orchards, and we went and picked the trees clean of good ones today... so I've got to bake a birthday cake, and cook butternut soup, and wash/peel apples for applesauce... I'm sweatin' just thinking about it
I have had the soup with the cream cheese and it was good. It also had nutmeg and some cinamon on top.
I found a recipe today for apple nachos. seriously apple nachos. they looked great I am gonna give them a try.
We need to start a recipe thread with recipes from different regions or cultures on here since we have so many
people from so many places. Nothing to do with the dragons just totally off topic but fun for everyone to share if
they wanted.
Since my bn squash isn't ready yet, I posted my favorite P'nut butter cookie recipe on there... yummy, now those sound good, too ... like I don't have enough work I already gave myself!

Sadly I read that as: Has anyone pointlessly ever made butternut squash SOAP?
That sounds nice, too.
Last night we brought home a new puppy, and were up very late making her comfortable. Sadly, I was up until midnight. Then at 4:30 the smoke alarm pointlessly decided that that VERY moment was the best time to tell us the battery was running low. I didn't re-awaken until noon, after I stumbled out at 8 to feed Teddy. Oooh, what a glare!
