I stumbled upon this craigslist ad and I'm very concerned. The dragon looks incredibly unhealthy and that viv is sub par to say the least. I've recently run into financial trouble or I'd take him in in a heartbeat as I do hope to rescue dragons in the future. I love my dragon very much and it pains me to see them in this condition.
Can anyone help? or know anyone I could contact? I have a vet in the area that helped me with my dragon's health concerns when I first got him that I could set them up with.

Bumping and adding this one as well: http://kansascity.craigslist.org/pe...g fee when the animal is clearly not healthy.

I contacted another bearded dragon rescuer but neither of us are in any condition to spend that much right now. It pains me to see him but him plus what I presume his vet bills will be are much too high than I can afford. The other rescuer had tried to talk them out of the price but they're firm. He looks sick and his viv is so sub par. Poor guy... I bet he's been living like that for quite a while.

I can't believe people don't care enough to take care of their animals...

That is terrible. I can't imagine that anyone couldn't look at that animal and see that he isn't doing well. I can understand not being educated enough to take proper care of the animal, but I can't understand being "firm" on a rehoming fee when anyone can clearly see that he is sick and anyone who takes him will have to take him to the vet to get him back in shape.

I sent another email and said I'd give them 50 bucks, get him whenever is most convenient for them regardless of the hour and that I'd get him the proper vet care. Hopefully they accept. I'll keep everyone posted.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
