Older Bearded Dragon, strange mark on forehead

My bearded dragon is about 6 or 7 years old, I adopted her from someone else.

She has this mark on her third eye (see image) does anyone know what it is?? It wasn’t there this morning and I came back from school to it

She has recently finished a shedding cycle so I definitely do not think it is that.

It's left over shed that hasn't come off yet. Adults can take an exceptionally long time to complete a shed due to their bodies not growing as quick anymore. It's not harming anything, just let it be and it will eventually come off.
