Hi everybody... I just got my little guy two days ago, on Friday. He is such a lover that I named him Romeo. He's about a month old. Right now I'm slightly terrified that I hurt him because he fell almost four feet to the floor when I was putting his crickets away ... he seems to be moving okay but I feel horrible!! He only ate two crickets today but I'm hoping tomorrow he eats at least three. I want my little boy to be healthy!
But yeah like I said I'm so nervous I hurt him when he fell out of my hand.
I'm Lindsey, I obviously am a teacher in Arizona, and I also have a 13 year old rescue cat named Paisley (and a betta named Houdini).
So as long as he's eating a little, I shouldn't be too worried? He doesn't have stress marks I don't think and he seems relaxed, so hopefully he's just acclimating to his new home.
Hi there and welcome. New beardie mom too.
It took me a few days to stop worrying about every little thing I do or he does, so I get where you are coming from. So paranoid and worried haha. But he is doing great now; just give your new baby a little time to get use to everything.

He ate a leftover cricket this morning and had a bowel movement (second one since I got him Friday) so I'm happy. His new heat lamp gets to the ideal temp now (other one was a few degrees too cool, I think) so I'm happy. I just wish he'd eat his greens!
