He still alive, difficulty moving still. Looks like his back legs have given out to but he has a decent eating and drinking habit. My concern now is that I constantly find him on his back.
I did and I notice he kept falling off so I removed them because he can’t climb them anyway. More recently he’s just been flipped over on his back. I’ll wake up in the morning or coming back in from outside and he’ll be like that. Also when he’s eating sometimes he’ll flip over
Did you move him into a smaller tote? With his basking light and UVB directly over him? I would get him back under those lights if he's not- I feel absolutely horrible about him
I am thinking his prognosis is not good-- he is eating that's good- what is he eating?
He’s been in the tote since it was recommended. He’s under the lights and he’s been eating 5-6 crickets. I’ve been giving him the calcium water as well.
Poor little Spoke, it' good that he's eating though ! Are the crickets smaller than the space between his eyes and is he pooping regularly ? I can't remember but what type of uvb tube do you have ? You might need to get liquid calcium [ sorry, I forgot if you already have it. I can't remember ] BTW, is it warm where you live ? If so , take him out to sit in your lap in the sun .
Poor little one, as suggested, if you are able to, try to get him some sun. He is still having
a lot of calcium issues for some reason.
Which calcium water/liquid are you giving?
I am glad that he is eating, but he definitely has got to start being able to move better so he
can have a better quality of life.
