I have only had this new lamp for the last day and a half, the Powersun 100w by Zoo Med, and I have gave her a better diet.
Not only does she seem more active but some of her scales on her shoulder and on her face a bit are turning a lil red. Now, I figured since she is getting more sun the scales would turn red to absorb more of that lovely warm spectrum, or is she getting burnt?
I doubt the latter, but just thought I'd ask.
I was going to get a snapshot, but the camera doesn't do so well that close.
Any thoughts?
Beau Turkey.
PS: She ate more greens than ever before, and had some of the pellet food I had made into a smash with some water. She LOVED her greens and smash. Oh yeh, and tomato! lol
