Hello,
Can you tell me what type of setup he has?
Such as what type & brand of
UVB light you are using, a flourescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light?
What are you using to measure the temps in the tank, a stick on thermometer, a digital probe or a temp gun?
How many are housed together? Sometimes when too many are housed together one or two gets pushed to the side & doesn't get as much food as the others. Are you feeding him separately?
It is possible that there is a neurological problem, sometimes, that happens unfortunately. Is there any head tilting?
He could be low in calcium, & was born low in calcium.
Sometimes, when they lay eggs their calcium stores begin to run low by the last egg developed & could be suffering from low calcium due to the mother's calcium supply. I am not saying that is what it is, just a possibility. Did he have any trouble hatching out? Did he fully absorb his yolk sac?
What is the humidity in the tank? Sometimes, if the humidity is too low, their membranes will dry out causing off balanced behavior.
