I just purchased a hypo trans zero bearded dragon and I’m curious to know if she will always have a bit of transparency or purple/ blue in her as she ages and if she will be as white as a hypo zero.
As the trans babies age and grow, their skin thickens up a bit, so they lose the transparent look. So the blue belly will disappear with age.
As for how she will look as an adult, that will largely depend on how the parents looked. However, most hypo zeros do tend to stay pretty white looking. Then trans does seem to darken them a little sometimes. But they stay white much better than the hypo witblits do.
