Coming from a fairly seasoned dragon keeper - this is a bit of a strange question.
Can Beardies get hiccups?
Kyle was hammering on her tank which she does when she wants out or is freaking out (usually she's just pooped in her tank) so I let her out. When I sat her on my table, I realised she was making funny heaving motions. At first I thought she was going to throw up and popped her on a plastic bag, wondering if she'd eaten something funny on her usual forages round the house. (She knows she's allowed to go poo on carrierbags.) But she just kept doing it at fairly regular, slow intervals. Her breathing is fine, and a quick listen revealed no crackly noise (symptom of resp infection). After a minute, she licked her lips and wandered off - emergency over!
She's been perfectly happy nosing around her tank since then...
