no, i didn't return it im going to keep it for my large aquarium. no, she still hasn't eaten anything yet...i did get some baby food and mix it with water and heat it and she had some of that when i put it on her nose....i think im going to take her to the vet tomorrow
That's just so odd.. I believe by now she would be over any location stress. Good idea to take her to the vet. Is she pooping at all? I'm sure they will want to do a fecal on her.
how long have you had her for? Mine poop about 3 - 4 times a day.. I think she most likely has parasites. Probably pinworms. I would definately keep a fecal for them, they will need one.
When I got my first beardie, Fred, he didn't eat anything, then the next day I bought Jackie and as soon as I introduced them, Jackie ate an escaped cricket and the Fred started eating. I think maybe he didn't really know what to do with the food lol. Do you know anybody that has a dragon? Maybe if she sees another dragon eat she will eat, just like Fred did.
I just got my baby bearded dragon ( 6in ches long and somewhere around 6 -7 weeks old ) from a petstore who was doing everything wrong and the first day he at 4-5 small crickets, the next was a total of 7 crickets and the third he jumped to 20 crickets and now he averages anywhere from 15-25 crickets a day. I would DEFINATELY make an appointment for yours asap. A baby bearded dragon can only go so long without eating food (especially babies). DO not just take him to any vet though. You need to look and do some research in your area and find a vet who works specifically with reptiles or exotic pets.
Well.....sorry for the delay in response but everything turned out good!! After talking with Tom from TnD Dragons again we decided to switch up a couple of things. It seems that just adjusting the timer for her lights by one hour made the difference.....she is now eating both crickets and greens!! She is doing awesome and growing Thank you so much for all of the info and suggestions you all offered!!!

Yeah!!
Just and FYI, I just bought the Powersun 160Watt for my baby as per recommendation from her breeder Cheryl at Rio Reptiles. She said that she has tested these with her UVB meter, and they are one of the best MVB's.. So I trust her totally and bought one for Butters, and she is doing really well with it!
