You can use the ceramic heat emitter for a little while overnight to help keep the temperatures up a little bit. I wouldn't think you should need it during the day though. The overnight temperatures of 67 is good. You could raise it to 70-75F if needed. The worms can be given a couple of times weekly, no problem.
