Froggy Eyes- does this really mean heart issues?

Lemmy
Hello,
I have a 4 year old bearded dragon named Lemmy. He has two masses on each side so I took him to the vet and I had to leave him there while they sedated him, did x-rays, and tests of the masses. While I was there the vet mentioned his eyes are bulbous and like frog eyes and that’s not normal and indicates a heart issue. I can’t find anything online about froggy eyes meaning it’s a heart issue as he’s always had eyes like that. Has anyone has this experience or can tell me if there’s research that backs that up?

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
