I ordered my supers from Premium crickets. UPS was at fault because they sent an email "due to circumstances beyond UPS control your package won't be delivered untilblah blah date which would have been on Monday after they were to be delivered on Friday. I immediately called them because it was a live shipment and got extreme rudeness and run around.......although no details as to what was going on just that they couldn't deliver until the next Monday.SOOOOO I emailed Premium Crickets to let them know what was going on because that was not so costly, but like everyone else I really couldn't afford not to get that shipment. The lady at PC told me to email her as soon as I got the shipment on Monday and what condition they were in,I emailed as soon as I opened the box and found that they were dead, got an email within 30 mins,a new shipment will be sent to you free of charge and we will file a complaint with UPS. She was truly wonderful about it all even after I told her what UPS said to me on the phone.

When getting live feeders I try to buy in state with the hopes that since the package isn't going as far, they are less likely to mess up. I did have the USPS leave a box of crickets on my doorstep when it was 30 degrees out even though the box said "keep warm". Maybe they saw that I was home (I was home at the time).
Then I had FedEx deliver an expensive rowing machine and the seller told me that I would have to sign for it, but the Fed Ex driver said no signature required. I wonder if Fed Ex would have just dropped a $900 item in my front yard and walk away? I hope not.
I like ordering over the internet, but there are risks.
I didn't read the entire thread but I just wanted to say I haven't had any problems with FedEx except for this last time. I ordered 3 dragons... They sent the package to the wrong state so it was delayed 4 days plus one dragons arrived with a broken foot.. maybe b/c the box was thrown around or maybe shipped that way . who knows. needless to say I will be avoiding fedex in the future, if possible. BTW.. the dragons healed fine from the injury.
