cheap feeders.

Hello all i recently set up a dubia colony because the price of crickets was being to much. can anyone think of any feeders i can feed my bearded dragon until the colony matures? something that is cheaper/cleaner then crickets maybe? if so can you please provide me a link of what they are and where to buy them! thanks in advance.

her weight is about 50grams at a guess was 42 i think saterday and she grows fast so like 50 at a guess.
