If the thermometer is in the middle of his tank, it sounds like it might be a stick-on type which are VERY inaccurate. What type of thermometer is it exactly? Any idea what the approximate temp is of the basking side and also the bottom of the cool side? How often have you been bathing him? Have you ever had a fecal checked for parasites?
How often have you been dusting with calcium & vitamins?
In case you haven't seen this, this is the site that we use that shows the daily staple greens in green print: http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html It seems that none of the greens, etc you're feeding him are actually staple foods.
That was nice of the pet store owner but he actually should have recommended the Repti-Sun fluorescent and I just posted in your other thread to try to help you get the issues straightened out that your beardie is having now.spikeithard":i8g6vjkx said:"Please remember too that pet stores will do anything they can to make a sale. We have heard a LOT about pet stores giving inaccurate info."
Funny. I am using a reptiglo and when I went in to a pet store the owner said stick with it and didnt want to sell me the reptisun lamp. said its not a big issue. talk about honest business man!?

If you have a Walmart near you, they have the AcuRite brand digital with probe that will give you both the basking & cool side temps at the same time as well as the humidity level and it only costs about $12.00. Amazon has it too. If you'd like a link, let me know.
The UVB's are much cheaper online and you will pay at least 1/2 less than you would at a pet store. We can post some links for reasonably priced Repti-Sun 10.0 tubes and Arcadia bulbs too if you'd like.
