Hey, Puff really doesnt need a bath. I hear things about hydration and baths not hydrating. I just go once a week. I was told by my vet they should get one if they're dirty, impaction or healing a cut with bedatine or stubborn shed. Well because the loop of henle is underdeveloped so overhydrating is a call for diarrhea. I can't bathe much. I have been using sea salt (pinch) in water to give electrolytes. He takes it with bromelain and allopurinol. He has gout meds to help kidneys. No gout which is good. MBD has been halted since coming home with me. Bumps along the end of tail and Tom said MBD but since we have cal and the T5 Reptisun 10 it can't progress. It kinda does progress a little bit not by much and t5 can't go beyond 14" or under because it's too intense say if we had it 6-8". I did my research t5 are too powerful at 6-8 it's better 12-14" away from basking log. We're thinking MBD is genetic at this point. He gets sun when there's sun. They're small bumps nothing humongous. Nobody ever notices the bumps. You have to look very close. Kane is eating up to 20 bugs now! No more meds unless he gets sick. Clara is bigger! Shes 100g I think...she was 45g with her brother Dr. Dr was always big at 99g. They don't look overweight but the scale says 100 for Clara and 99 for her brother. Sonic and Shadow are perfect no bullying or over mating. Blue and Raptor are doing great! No health issues there. Broly thought he would be sooo nice to bm on my nephews plush toys (2) and windowsil. I hand cleaned them and set them out to dry and wiped the window. That was his appreciation for the sun time. Im sure Kane laughed because his brother did a nice #2. Capaldi stared and then he too bmd on the kitchen floor. I cleaned that too. Everyone wants to take after Broly. LOL.
