I am so sorry to hear about Rocco- I wasnt aware of anything going on w/ the ovary- last I was reading was about the jump she had had --- I am assuming they found this when you took her in from the jump?
In July, she had a partial spay, they said there was something odd with the right ovary and didn't feel comfortable removing it. Believed it would have caused her to bleed out, so they left it. 5 weeks post opp, is when she jumped from the couch and the "tumor" punctured her liver causing internal bleeding. They told me, if this didn't happen then, it could have been much harder later with how fast the tumor grew. They confirmed the "odd" ovary was the cause of it.

I feel losing a dragon that is such an integral part of your family is one of the most difficult things
you can go through, it feels like your soul has been ripped out. It will take awhile to heal & she
will always be with you. I am so sorry for your loss.
