Recently I noticed a large circle on my beardie, Bowser's, belly. I was looking for some assistance on figuring out what this is. I am also currently looking for an exotic vet in my area, and as soon as I find a good one, I plan on giving them a call to set up an appointment. I'll attach an image as well.
Edit: It was a patch needing to shed. It's shedding in the exact same pattern, in that circular shape. Thank you those who replied!
That appears to be a patch needing to shed. I don't think it is a burn, unless you can think of anything that might have gotten too hot
that could have damaged his belly.
Did it just appear suddenly? Has he been acting ill?

Thanks for your response! It appeared very suddenly, as I handled him just yesterday and noticed it while giving him a bath today. He hasn't been acting I'll at all that I can tell either, he's just as active and eating just as well as before.
There isn't really anything that I can think of that would've gotten too hot in his enclosure, so I agree that it shouldn't be a burn.
Here's my setup, for lights I have a T5 15 Watt UVB, 75W light for the transition into the cool side of the tank, 100W for basking, and a ceramic heat emitter for colder nights, as I live in the north.
Edit: uploaded two of each pic on accident, fixing it
Terrific to hear that it wasn't anything serious. They sure can develop some strange looking patches on their
scales though that make you panic. I'm glad that it has started to shed off for him.
