I had kept them on and off for years. When covid hit I setup a small aquarium to teach the kiddo life cycles and such while doing at home school. That kind of spiraled when a strange guppy was born in the tank. That led to a lot of research to learning what it was, a wild cousin of guppies. We started studying chemistry when we learned they can live in saltwater and a long rabbit hole to us keeping a few strains that are extinct in the wild. One was discovered in 2011 and by the return trip in 2013 the area was a parking lot / housing complex. But like guppies, they breed quickly and can interbreed to make unique strains like that pink and yellow one with purple tiger stripes (to be brought out better in future generations) So I setup a lot of tanks this week lol I think I have 10 plus a couple ponds lol
