So i have been thinking of feeding Spikey the alfalfa plant (also called Lucerna here) and would it be okay if i just take a few from the wild? and just wash it with hot water? or try to buy seeds and plant them in my apartment?
Aand can bearides eat the whole plant with the flowers and the stems or just the leaves?
Alfalfa (plant, not sprouts) is marked as a "Great Staple"
Clover is marked as a "Great Treat"
Neither has the full nutritional content listed though.

Be wary of feeding wild growing plants of any kind.
Unless you are 100% certain there's been no pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, etc. (from either your own area or from nearby neighboring areas), then you can't be certain of not introducing unwanted/dangerous chemicals.

I agree with being wary of wild plants. They could contain chemicals (or not, you just don't know). It's a good idea to start a garden or even just a planter to feed both you and your dragon. You can plant a variety of good staples to harvest.
