Should I be concerned that it's at the tip of the tail where it was cut off ? Can it be a sign of something worse or maybe he just hurt himself ? Also would tea tree oil help just the same ?

So recently I just discovered some redness on my beardie a tail which I can't tell if it's blood since it's only a small red dot that looks like skin. When I got him his tail was already cut off. I was just wondering what this could be and what I could do to make it better or how to help it heal

I'm confused on what you mean on shining out and not in? How do I change that ? I don't know anything about it being a neodymium bulb...
