Hey, is anyone in the Anaheim, CA area able to take in some beardies? I browse Craigslist often, and see tons of poor beardies, but these look simply awful and I can't even imagine what kind of conditions they are in. I am not close, nor can I possibly take them in, but I am praying some one...

I personally wouldn't recommend it, it isn't worth the risk IMO. Try some shelf liner, they come in some really natural looking colors/textures. Good luck!

Please don't listen to your friend, he does not know what he is talking about. Beardies NEED tube bulbs, not those coil ones. If you care about your dragon, dump the money needed into a good lighting setup. Sorry if this came off as harsh but sometimes that is all that will work.

Yep, halogens are the way to go! Mine was actually already used when I started with it, and it has lasted for over two years now, and is still going strong!

I think the branches are awesome, only thing I would suggest is to get a non-loose substrate such as paper towels, newspaper, shelf liner, or tile. It looks great though, and I'm sure he is loving all of the variety of branches!
