    Moving in November

Thank you guys :) I'll probably put his lamps and stuff into a big bin so theyre close by but, I did have a another question. If he should go into brumination before or during the move, will it be safe to move Nanaki around?

    Moving in November

I might try that then. I'm just worried because I don't know how he'd react to the cold, even though he'll be about five months by then. I was told getting him a new home would probably be the best option but I put my foot down on that. Nanaki is my baby and I'm not giving him up unless I...

    Underwent Initiation....

Thank you very much! I'm still looking for dandelions for Nanaki to try but no one in the area seems to sell them. :(

    Moving in November

I think I still have an old gym bag that would be big enough for him. I was thinking of getting those 72 hour heat packs to kinda tuck under a towel and his blanket in the bag. An old lunch box would hold some water, his greens and maybe a cup of dubia? Leash is a yes for sure, along with some...

    Underwent Initiation....

I may have to look into that then. Would it be safe if Nanaki should try to nibble on it?

    Underwent Initiation....

Where can I buy some of that? 0.0 Even if he doesn't use it, I may still get it to green up his viv a bit.

    Moving in November

Hey guys, I have a situation coming up and I was looking for some advice. I'm going to be moving in with my best friend in Texas within a few months, around november. GIven that we will likely be driving to Frt. Worth from Alabama (About nine to eleven hours) and it's going to be chilly, I was...

    Underwent Initiation....

I might try that with a spare, shallow bin I have to see if that works. I wish he was big enough to take outside! Teach him how to go bathroom in the grass. XD

    Underwent Initiation....

I dunno! Only thing I can think of was he finished a major shed and was taking it out on me. :(

    Underwent Initiation....

So I was playing final fantasy on my ps4 when I noticed Nanaki doing some glass surfing on his Viv door. So, I pulled him out and put him on my knee; was about to grab my controller when he tensed...seconds later came the urinate...he then locks and loads. Gaaaaaaaah! Thankfully I managed to...

    Baby Nanaki

I knooow! I didn't think on that until after it happened! -pouts- No new habitat yet; still waiting on that Viv to come in...And hopefully soon! Nanaki is growing like a weed and is going through shed yet again. :/ I'll post some pictures here in a bit! As far as those dragons; beautiful! :D I...

    Baby Nanaki

Another bathtime story: So I tried something a little different; I put his bathtub on the ground on top of a towel and held him in the water for a moment before placing him fully in. Predictably, he bounced out so...I picked him up and put him on the towel in my lap. Nanaki scampered around...

Trying to explain a Beardie to someone who doesn't own one..

 Well that "lizard" is my family, just as much as that persons pet is to them. Argh, I hate when people do that. But that makes it much more exciting when you run into another beardie owner. :) How is Evee doing by the way? Is she feeling better?

Trying to explain a Beardie to someone who doesn't own one..

 That's hilarious! But I think the original pic beats out the photo shot attempt by a long shot. :)

    Baby Nanaki

I'll have to give it a shot then. On to happier news, as my little guy finishes his shed, I can say it looks like that scabbed area had healed up quite nicely. Plus, but this I am not 100 percent certain, it's looking like he's got some faint splotch coloring along his tail. So I'm thinking...

    Baby Nanaki

I did, but for some reason he won't willingly stay in there long. I'll give that a try and see if that works out; I might even try the bathtub next time too. On a side note, Coogs: what's a good way to introduce the outside world to a young beardie? Especially one like mine who goes from calm...

    Baby Nanaki

So I think I can flag it as truth: Nanaki does not like bathtime. He, once again, tried to jump out of the water tub but I was ready and fixed it so he jumped into my hands. Does not mind pets on the back, jaw or head but still leery on being picked up and carried around.

    Baby Nanaki

The corn bag is seperate from that blanket. Once I get his viv I plan on getting a "cave" where he can hide in and place the corn bag in there with the blanket during the cooler months. I might use it for whenever I have him out of the viv, so he has something familiar to snuggle with :)

    Baby Nanaki

"What's this momma?" So my little guy finally got his corn bag and blanket in. I put it in his tank and he's been licking/biting at it while glancing at me every so often. I think he likes it but not sure yet.
