Is it likely my bearded dragon is carrying eggs?

I have a tank. Trying to get the fixtures in.. It had 2 holes alrwady at the top. My basking bulb is in one and one fixtures is in the other. Need to make another hole into the metal mesh. Whats the best way?

Ok. Will look into X-ray. Is there any symptoms i should look out for?
