My bearded dragon accidently ate a piece of a plastic spoon I was using to feed him! What do I do? Can I make him throw up to get it out?

I was just wondering about MBD. I haven't really seen a lot on it and was wanting some info, like what are early signs of it, what to look for, and things like that.

I was wondering if anyone has fed their baby beardie a mostly pellet diet, and how well it worked. I'm on a budget right now so I'm trying to find the best option for my little guy. Right now I have the Rep-Cal brand, juvenile bearded dragon growth formula. Any other tips are also appreciated :)
