i think mushu is having seizures and im really scared.he cant use his back legs now and hes just a baby!!!! and hes very tense

hes just a baby and had has a hard bump on his back not on his spine but by it. its closer to his left back leg. it feels like its attached to him but Meeko doesn't act like it hurts him and he can still move his leg. Any ideas?? My other bearded dragon named Mushu is healthy so i don't know...
